Refund policy

30-day refunds on unused reviews

If you bought a review pack and have not used some of the reviews, you can ask for a refund of the unused portion within 30 days of purchase. The refund is proportional: for example, if you bought 20 reviews for $9 and used 5, the refund is $9 × 15/20 = $6.75.

Reviews that were already used are not refundable.

How to request a refund

Email contact@clioos.com from the email address on your account, with the purchase date and pack. We process refunds to the original payment method. Refunded reviews are removed from your balance immediately.

Free reviews

The free daily review is free — there is nothing to refund.

Technical failures

If a paid review fails to generate (for example, the AI service errors), you are not charged: the review attempt does not consume a point. If you believe a charge was wrong, email us and we will check the ledger.
